AND NOW, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, A JOKE THAT I WROTE BACK IN THE MID-EIGHTIES!  
-  For the first time in 50 years, the Pentagon is undergoing a massive 
renovation that will essentially gut the entire 29-acre building and rebuild 
it from the basement up. The renovation costs are expected to reach $1.2 
billion, but will likely reach $3.4 billion when the price of relocating 
employees is added, and could top $128 billion by the time the last toilet 
seat is installed.
