My promo has a booklet complete with lyrics and credits. I suspect just like 
the regular release. The CD has a compass on it along with the promo 
disclaimer. The back cover is the same as the original with the 4 portraits. 
It is on IRS. There is no mention of bothered in the booklet except for the 
fact that it says that Chris Dahlgren played upright bass on bothered.
