Very small voice:

Michelangelo wouldn't let anyone help him with the Sistine Chapel. He didn't
even want anyone seeing it-- he threw the Pope out on his butt. I believe the
surface might have been prepared by apprentices, but he did the fresco work
all himself.

Anyone else know the details?
