I have a Creative Nomad Jukebox 3 (20gig),  has 3300 mp3 songs.
My buddy just got a 30 gig Creative Zen 30gig,  I loaded it with 4992
mp3s.

I think the ipod has the best interface to select songs or playlists, 
but the battery
can't be easily replaced.
