Unfair why?  It's complete apples and apples, Dan.  CD seller vs. CD seller.

I tried to support an indie shop, preordered the puppy and all, giving them 
the benefit of the doubt.  I'd paid $6 more for the CD and shipping than 
Amazon customers and still haven't received it.  Did I just pay for the 
"free" extras?  The stickers, facon and signatures?

One apple delivered, one didn't.

Unless there's some more magic extras or "paid freebies" as I call them in 
future orders, I'll take my business elsewhere.  No biggie.

I love that Dan and I can disagree when he's wrong and we're still friends,
