actually, my first impression of "Show me" was that the chorus reminded me of "Believe" (I think that's the real name of the Cher song you're referring to as "Life after love", but I can't say I know for sure - not being a huge Cher fan)...

I don't know that I'm as "in love" with the new material as some of the rest of you, but I can say I find it very interesting...
