Yes, Mount Echo is in Ohio, down on Elberon Avenue (lower Price Hill area,
on the West Side of town).  If you go, take a printout of that picture - I'm
still pretty sure it is taken from that spot and not Kentucky (though the
trees are suspicious!).  The river takes a sharp bend at that point, which
almost makes it look like you are on the other side!

That picture (www.overtherhine.com) is definitely taken from Kentucky
(right?)... seems more like Devou Park in Covington, KY...
