paddling bkwards/lincoln park review

i spent time this weekend with a friend doing girl stuff (sewing,
watching "the mirror has two faces") and listening to cd's of traditional
cornerstone bands...of course it led to prayer chain, violet burning,
77's, and otr blocks. while listening to the atlanta otr boot, we were
reminded of this post about a 2 cd release due in august (karin states
during the atlanta concert they got the go ahead for 2 more releases). my
friend asked "is this 2 cd issue a way to fulfill their contract then
move on...?" this is something i hadn't thought of until then, but now --

just wondering how theses two statements work together.
