i get so many suggestions for new music from this
place, i thought i'd share one of mine.  someone (dan
from MI?) mentioned a while back something about
sloan.  a friend of mine recently taped "between the
bridges" for me and i've become hooked just this week.
 goes great with my hour-each-way commute.  sorta
"power pop with a psychadelia edge" if that makes
sense?  taking matthew sweet to the logical extreme? 
whatever, it's not what is usually "my kind of music,"
but the craft is excellent and i've been finding my
drives to and from work less burdensome.  they're from
nova scotia.  i think the record came out in 2000, but
i could be wrong.

sorry if i missed a posting about them and this is
redundant.
