If that's not a rhetorical question, the answer is that the camera does not
move.  In fact, in fully computer animated movies, there *is* no camera!  One
of the animators on the Bug's Life DVD points out that in the "blooper" where
P.T.Flea knocks himself down by hitting the camera, not only is there no camera
for him to "hit", but they put in a little "smudge" as if he had smeared the
glass in front of the lens, which of course wasn't there, either.

Just a thought.
