otr food?

a thick reuben sandwich, extra meat, extra cheese,
normal sauerkraut & extra dressing (this is a sandwich
you eat with a fork and knife, if you can pick it up
it wasn't made right), seasoned steak fries with a
side of ranch for dipping and one of those big momma
huge deli pickles.

to drink a big glass of water (with lemon for dan who
wishes he were sucking one) & cherry coke.  for
dessert a cup of coffee in a thick diner mug with a
bit of cream and a lot of sugar and two marlboro
medium cigarettes.  all eaten while sitting on a stool
at the counter next to a man whose wife died years
ago.
