verily. my guess is there's somethign from the uk coming through (or otr
is hosted in the uk....) with a precedences of 'junk' /:

either there's a cute lil bug - or someone chose the option on some
listserv software... (ugly header explanantion to follw)

see - it comes from the uk.... and from a helo box - which are used to
talk to other boxes. it goes HELO (the transcripts are quite cute and
polite, but i won't include that).
