Yippee!! OTR content

Hey peeps--

Just a little navigation for anyone searching for OTR Patience or Eve. Just
got my used copies (used being a misnomer here, though--they're virtually
mint disks with clean, neat cover art/booklets). Here's where I got 'em:
www.Duffelbag.com or call
1-800-295-1931. One-stop shopping for used, cut-out, hard-to-find,
out-of-print, import CD's, Movies, Vinyl (mmm....luscious vinyl...!!!!) God
I miss records. I feel like John Cusack in High Fidelity. :o)

In other news, still recovering ever so slowly from the NYC tragedy. For
those of you who don't know me, I live just a mere 30 minutes outside of
Manhattan in New Jersey. However, a friend of mine and I decided it was time
to go back to our beloved city to see a wonderfully beautiful band "Ivy."
Definitely worth checking out. I couldn't imagine any OTR fan who wouldn't
like Ivy. They're a NYC band with a French-American female lead singer.
Just have some faith and plunk down 12 bucks for Ivy's latest release, "Long
Distance". You will not be disappointed. I promise.
It's very layered, textured, atmospheric sound with a bit of a pop twist (but
they definitely wouldn't get airplay.) I've been into Ivy since they
released their first disk, "Realistic" back around '94. The second disk is
called "Apartment Life". All of them are good, but start with the new one
and go backwards.

Happily listening to Eve and Patience for the first time,
Greg
