we've got an air force installation here in fort wayne - they just went
into full alert.

my uncle (in the army) and my brother (rotc navy) said everyone is being
called in for duty.

i donno what defon we're at, but the bases are barricaded. they've
recommend that all ROTC report to a base for their own safety. no one is
coming or leaving bases....


a lot of people don't realize this, but since we have one of only a
hand-full F-16 squadrons and one of the longest runways in the country, we
are in a first strike zone. Did you know that we are 4 or 5th in line for
a Space Shuttle landing if Houston or Kennedy has problems. Plus with
Raytheon, Magnavox being hq'd here....
