mr. michael kelsey (from lafayette, in)
covered that song in an acoustic manner
on his 2nd cd.  it's a beautiful version.
somehow i don't think michael kelsey's
version is the one you're refering to,
though.  he's sort of a no name guitarist
who travels the midwest.

where did you hear this version that you
speak of?
