Re: 2000 Favs

Know I'm a bit behind the times, but here's mine, fwiw...

Radiohead - _Kid A_
Delirious - _Glo_ (heard of them before?)
PJ Harvey - _Stories from the City, Stories from the Sea_
Travis - _The Man Who_
Outkast - _Stankonia_
Bjork - _Selmasongs_ (seems to have been the year for CDs with Thom Yorke on them, eh?)
Queens of the Stone Age - _Rated R_
Aimee Mann - _Bachelor No. 2_
_Cush_ (former members of The Prayer Chain and The Violet Burning with Michael Knott on vocals)
A Perfect Circle - _Mer de Noms_
_Rancid_
Sunny Day Real Estate - _The Rising Tide_ (another one that was half genius, half "huh?" but the
genius half won out, I guess)
Moby - _Play B-Sides_ (bought _Play_ all over again just to get them. I swear, the man can do no
wrong. Tie with Nine Inch Nails for my concert o' the year as well)

I just ordered Idlewild's _100 Broken Windows_, Grandaddy's _The Sophtware Slump_ and Sigur Ros's
latest (have no clue how to spell it right off the top of my head).

Peace, hope, love, Jesus Christ - Layner

...my heart spills awkward and embarrasing blood onto white golden streets and i am
unashamed of the stains my steps leave tears stream down my cheeks only to meet
their redeemer and be wiped away and there is joy... - Mineral
