amature shortwave radio and the summer

hey kids...

i hope that everyone had a delightful easter sunday.  i sure did...lots of 
candy...especially chocolate covered pretzels!  yum!

anyway, i was listening to _ams_ this morning.  i was never really a fan of 
it, but this morning for some reason...*i will remember* really touched me.  
it's one of my new favorite songs, i think...

just thought i'd share.

oh, and shortly i will be departing from the list.  as many of you know, i 
work at kennywood amusement park in the summer, and that eats up a good 
amount of my time.  this year i've been promoted to manager, so i'll be 
working even more than previous years, including working at home writing out 
schedules and dealing with conflict resolution.  it's a lot of 
responsibility, but i'm excited.  i think the most wonderful feeling in the 
world is when your bosses for your two jobs are fighting over you!

anyway, this is not a goodbye letter...not yet.  just a preview of times to 
come.
