hey thanks lara,
yes, i am still here and i post once in a while. i am p lanning on going to
the ny show at the lambs theater on wed nite. some friends and i are taking
the train in. i am so completely excited
especially since the last time i saw otr was that time we caught them at the
tower with the c.junkies.
anyway, i will be there with a few friends if that counts for anything. oh
and a side note , i think i just heard that some people from circle are
going to ny to. but i dont think they are on this list.

Hey!!! does anyone here on the list own Emmylou Harris' "Wrecking Ball"
album? I'm deciding whether i should get it or not.
I've heard it's a really good album. I know she is a country artist, and was
wondering how country sounding that album actually is!
Should i get it or not? lyrics good? bad?

i heard a rumor that another listee (are you out there, luce?) is going to
be at the show. mark and anyone else who's going should definitely take the
time to meet chris loose...it'll be her first live otr show ever!
ah, it would be sooo lovely to fly or take a quick road trip to nyc... but
i've made other commitments. and i'm going to seattle in less than two
short weeks...anyone out there? of course, it figures that vol would
finally come to the tristate area when i'm on the other side of the
country...
it's sunday night, the new episode of the x-files is over, and i'm sleepy.
but before i say g'night, are there any more reports on the writers'
conference at calvin? is anne lamott as funny and honest in person as she
seems to be in her books? is chaim potok the wisest man alive, as he
appears to be on paper?
