favs of 99, the 90's, and millenium

well, i'm gonna start what might become a heinous thread, but here
goes... pick your fav 5 albums from 1999, fav 10 from the 90's, and
CDs that you're looking forward to in the coming year...

here's mine:

Favs of 1999 (in no order)-
  Mr. Bungle - California
Chroma Key - This is a recording
Vigilantes of Love - Audible Sigh
  Caedmon's Call - 40 Acres
  ...and another one...

Favs of the 90s-
Chroma Key - Dead Air for Radios (98)
Mourning Widows - Mourning Widows (98)
  Dream Theater - Awake (94)
Faith No More - King for a Day, Fool for a Lifetime (95)
Over the Rhine - GDBD (if I had to pick only one) (96)
Tori Amos - Little Earthquakes (91)
  U2 - Achtung Baby (91)
King's X - Gretchen Goes to Nebraska (whoops that was '89)
Extreme - III Sides to Every Story (mainly for the IIIrd side) (92)
  Radiohead - OK Computer (97)

And I know I'm leaving out some of my fav acts- VoL, Caedmon's Call,
Ben Folds Five, Cranberries, Toad the Wet Sprocket... all who had
great albums out in the 90s...

To round out the millenium, I'd probably throw in some Pink Floyd
_Wish You Were Here_ (or DSotM), Beatles' _Srgt Peppers'_, Kansas,
Steve Taylor's _I Predict 1990_, and maybe some 80's Metallica... :)

Looking forward to in 2000:
Over the Rhine, Radiohead, King's X, Platypus, Galactic Cowboys,
Atomic Opera, Michael Kelsey, U2 (summer, supposedly), Caedmon's
Call, Chroma Key, and the ever-promise of a new Steve Taylor CD
  (I've heard rumors since 1996)...

Lost in a dream,
Dan
